EMCO Building is a local commercial construction leader with a reputation for collaboration, reliability and performance backed by a team of industry experts who have delivered successful construction projects for more than three decades.

As a well-established business with a strong history of success, we offer fully integrated construction services across a range of sectors. Our growing portfolio features boutique to large-scale projects across WA and includes education, mixed-use developments, aged are, health and community building projects.

Our projects are delivered via early contractor involvement, design and construct, managing contracting and traditional methods of construction.

With a client-focused mindset supported by a seasoned and knowledgeable project team, we consistently deliver solutions that reliably meet project requirements. Ethical Procurement

We commit to meeting the requirements of Australia's Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and actively identify and assess modern slavery risks in our supply chain. In procuring supplies and services, we strive to use WA suppliers as a first choice before considering national and international options

Key to our success is the relationships we build with our subcontractors and suppliers. We are known in the industry for paying our subcontractors on time or early. Not only is this good business practice, it supports the long-term sustainability of the building industry.
