Airport West Office Building

Currently under construction, the Airport West Office Building development is located within a portion of existing Long-Term Carpark A on Dunreath Drive and has an area of approximately 7,634m2.

• The scope of works includes:

• Design and construction of a new office building in the Airport Precinct.

• The structure will comprise of two, elevated floor levels with secure undercover car parking below. Further at-grade parking to be provided to the front and back of the building including provision for EV bays, bikes and end of trip (EOT) facilities.

• Glazed façade and feature shade screening intended to be of a high quality, incorporating acoustic and thermal comfort.

• Two base plates will contain a lift and stair lobby, toilet amenities and required services, remaining as flexible open   plan, to meet future tenant fit out requirements.

• A staff recreation space, together with an outdoor alfresco area proposed in the north facing orientation.

• The project site to be completed with landscaped green zones of waterwise trees and vegetation.
