Alkimos College - Stage 2

EMCO Building is adept at translating visionary concepts into reality, having successfully managed complex projects that integrate state-of-the-art facilities with practical   functionality such as the construction at Alkimos.

EMCO Building recently completed the second stage of Alkimos College and the results speak for themselves. This project highlights EMCO’s experience in delivering high-performance facilities and innovative educational environments.

The project was a large-scale undertaking divided into five separable portions, involving significant rock excavation and conducted in a live operational environment.   Given its proximity to a residential area, EMCO Building implemented a comprehensive traffic management plan and conducted detailed dilapidation surveys of neighbouring properties to ensure minimal disruption and safeguard the surrounding community.
