Broome Step-Up Step-Down Facility & Renal Hostel

EMCO Building has been appointed as the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contractor for the Broome Step Up Step Down facility and Renal Hostel projects, with works scheduled to commence in 2025.

These facilities are designed to provide vital health services in a supportive, community-based environment for the Kimberley region. The new Step Up Step Down (SUSD) service will offer short-term residential care in a therapeutic, home-like setting, allowing residents to receive tailored health services close to their families and communities. This crucial development will improve access to health support without requiring long-distance travel.
