Claremont Football Club redevelopment

Part of the ‘Claremont on the Park’ development that integrates Claremont Oval with a mix of residential, retail and commercial developments, this project delivered new facilities to the Claremont Football Club including:

• Club offices, reception and retail store

• Function rooms, bars, hospitality suites, media facilities and lecture theatre

• Grandstand seating

• Player facilities, including change rooms, warm-up and training facilities, doctor and physiotherapy rooms, and gymnasium

• Upgrades to the oval entry and walkways

The project also delivered a two-level 200-bay underground train station car park for the PTA.
