The Eglinton Beach Primary School project is designed to cater for 620 students in the growing northern suburb.
The school includes an administration, Kindergarten and Pre-primary area, double-storey teaching area, general learning areas, specialist rooms for art and science and a library, covered assembly area, music room, car park, oval and hard courts. The design also includes an education support facility for approximately 54 students with classrooms, low stimulus rooms and therapy and sensory rooms.
The project was split into two separable portions and scheduled for completion in March 2025.
The project is part of the Government’s significant $1.5 billion capital works program to deliver better public schools across Western Australia.
