Lynwood Senior High School

A significant project for Lynwood High School, the upgrades to aging infrastructure enhance the existing facilities and create new state-of-the-art learning and recreation areas.

The project is split into five separable portions and comprises of the construction of a new Student Services, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Student Services, Teaching Block and Physical Education Hall. 

• The works package is also inclusive of demolition works and relocation of sheds during a live operational school site. 

• The site services upgrades included new tanks and pumps compound, together with a new fire ring main to achieve compliance for the new works. 

• External works included drainage civil works, a new car parking area located along Metcalf Road and landscaping (both soft and hard).
