North Metropolitan TAFE Balga Campus

The Balga Campus major redevelopment includes a new three-storey training facility to provide  world-class learning environment, replacing 22 rundown transportable classrooms, which was originally built in the 1970s.

The project is part of the largest TAFE capital works program in WA history and will be used to deliver training across building and construction, community services, general education and other uses, as well as provide enhanced student services and staff amenities.

Delivered in three separable portions, the works comprise of demolition of existing facilities that are at end-of-life, new three storey building works, and refurbishment of existing facilities including landscape areas, minor refurbishments and end of trip facilities.
