  • Commercial kitchen, offices and vehicle lift to the basement

  • car park

  • Elevated outdoor play area incorporating fruit trees, 8m-high tree trunks, sand pits, water play areas, grass and suspended skywalk over the two-level void

  • Raw materials included insitu concrete finished surfaces, recycled jarrah decking, galvanized steel, and glass.

The project was completed on time and to budget.

‘EMCO performed with impressive attention and commitment.

The building ... has garnered media attention and positive

feedback from the community. The complexity of this project ... required flexibility and an adaptive attitude from the project team.’
