EMCO Building has been instrumental in reviving the long awaited One Richardson project following long periods of stagnation due to market conditions and delays and project feasibility.
Engaged to provide design and construct expertise we identified smart solutions that enabled the client to confidently proceed with the project, reducing the cost of the project and eliminating the risk associated with the existing old and degraded structure.

EMCO Building identified multiple improvements to the original design, including redesigning the car park to remove all car stacker and reduce the basement areas, services rationalisation, and structural changes, such as the use of alternative foundations in-lieu of using existing degraded structural elements, to reduce cost and risk and to enable the project to become viable.
