Perth Cultural Centre

We are thrilled to see the WA Government’s commitment to revitalising the Perth Cultural Centre, a pivotal cultural hub for our community. 

This $55 million investment will infuse new energy into some of Perth’s most iconic landmarks, ensuring the area continues to be a vibrant destination for generations to come.

EMCO Building is excited to be engaged as the builder for this project and bring the transformation to life. As Premier Roger Cook stated, "This redevelopment is a key component in delivering a vibrant cultural precinct to attract people back into the city, to create new and exciting experiences." 

Hon. David Templeman added, "The rejuvenation of the Perth Cultural Centre will ensure it remains an inviting and inclusive place where everyone can experience the unique culture of Western Australia."
