Yanchep Secondary College Stage 2

Undertaken in a live school environment, works included:

• New two-storey performing arts block, including dance
  and arts studios

• Refurbishing the existing technologies block, including upgrading the engineering, metalwork, and woodwork workshops; new commercial food workshop, food preparation areas and cafe; and new mechatronics studio

• Minor refurbishment of the health education block to incorporate a fitness centre, as well as modifications to health education classrooms

• External works, including new car parks, drainage civil works, drop-off loop, and soft and hard landscaping

The project was delivered in two separable portions to complete the new performing arts block ahead of refurbishment works.

EMCO Building worked closely with the school to minimise impacts on school operations.
